A short biography

Dr. Yoshiki YAMAGUCHI is an Associate Professor of Reconfigurable Architecture and Application in the Graduate School of Science and Technology at the University of Tsukuba and a collaborative fellow in the Center for Computational Sciences.  He joined the University of Tsukuba as an assistant professor in 2005 and works a professor from 2024.

Before this, he was a researcher at Genomic Sciences Center, RIKEN Yokohama Institute. And, he was a JSPS research fellow (DC1) in the institute of engineering mechanics and systems at the University of Tsukuba between 2000 to 2003.

Before that, he studied at the University of Tsukuba (1994-2003):

His research lies in the reconfigurable architecture, system, and applications between electric devices and information-and-communication services. It is broadly classified into three categories: the development of novel architectures toward highly efficient computing systems, the construction of high-performance computing systems, and the implementation and analysis of huge target applications.

He has published over 200 domestic technical reports and over 100 international articles in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He also supports many conferences such as FPL, FPT, HEART, ARC, ASAP, MCSoC, HiCOMB, and CANDAR.
